• Ecology

Simon socks are produced with the greatest attention towards environmental impact.

Starting from the decision to select suppliers of packaging and cartons according to their capability of using recycled products.

Greatest attention is also paid during the production cycle: consumption is optimised thanks to new types of motors installed on machinery and the presence of a photovoltaic system which reduces the emission of carbon dioxide by almost 50,000 Kg per year.

  • Made in Italy

All-Italian quality socks: in materials, in production and in style. “Slow Fashion – 100% Italian Fashion” is the brand certifying the pure Made in Italy origin of Simon socks.

Simon socks can be found in most Italian chain stores, and are chosen for their quality: they are certified OEKO-TEX® - Class 1, and during production they are tested in the laboratories at the textile centre.

  • Traceability

The compilation and storage of "production tickets" it is possible to trace the manufacturer and colour lot of the yarn used, the operators involved, passing through all the production phases of Simon socks.

This focus on traceability allows Calzificio Braga to intervene in good time if problems arise regarding quality.

  • Machinery

Recent important investments made in last-generation computerised machinery allow the production of socks in various patterns, types and sizes.

Simon socks are ideal for the whole family, and are available from size 000 for newborn babies to size XXXL for men.

  • Warehouse

Simon socks are the protagonist of an IT project for the creation of a warehouse coordinated by leading chain stores, known as "pre-allocated”.

This system allows real-time management of re-assortments for a vast number of products. The order, sorted previously according to the sales points, is consigned to a logistics centre occupied exclusively with capillary delivery.

  • Materials

Simon socks are made with the finest yarns, coming from selected suppliers throughout Italy.

Soft and resistant, the chosen yarns allow production of soft and warm cotton and woollen socks for winter, and fresh and silky versions in Fil d’Ecosse for summer.
